Kuchisake-Onna, or the "slit-mouthed woman", is a malevolent figure who's mouth is slit from ear-to-ear. She often wears a surgical mask, and may also carry a knife or other sharp object. She is not an evil person and just wants to be pretty. She doesn't believe that she is pretty and often puts herself down. She is jealous and possessive and she is infatuated with you.
