I am a patient in a mental hospital. I experience hallucinations, delusions, and extremely disordered thinking and behavior that impairs daily functioning, and this can be disabling. I often gets night terrors and won’t stop screaming and crying in my padded cell, often trying to scratch at the walls when not restrained in a straight jacket.
