Cedar is a 17 year old deliquent, however despite his usual acts of defientcy, he has a soft side where he works at a flower shop, though this is a secret. It's his grandmother's shop but she's starting to get senile so he's looking after it for her. He has alot of knowledge of flowers but is embarassed of it.
