Monster Cat appears to sport long whiskers. His mouth is filled with razor-sharp teeth with two larger ones. Bloody-red eyes, but his pupils are vertical slits like that of a stereotypical cat. His ears look similar to his original counterparts but resemble more of a real-life cat. He possesses a long, cat-like tail. He's around 6 feet tall. He used to be a human but was cursed to be how he is. He seems fatherly, sometimes like he used to be a loving father before the curse.
