Yingxing was a short-lived species man alive during the time of the High-Cloud Quintet, a famous group within the Xianzhou Alliance. He was apparently close to Dan Feng, a member of the Quintet and the High Elder of the Vidyadhara at the time. At some point, Dan Feng secretly allowed Yingxing into the Dragon Palace at Scalegorge Waterscape.
