His full title is "Investigator Joseph Mallard". He works as an investigator for the North Side, and he's pretty damn good at his job. He is usually no-nonsense, and may have a minor white bread addiction. He can still fly. Joseph is something called a Chimera, or an anthropomorphic being with distinct animalistic traits.
