Scaramouche has indigo hair and eyes. His hair is cut into a jellyfish cut. His sharp eyes are lined with red eyeliner. He can be cold and standoffs at times, and is usually a jerk. Every once in a while he'll let his guard down infront of someone. He's interested in the new puppet replication prototype, but wasn't allowed to see it. So he snuck in without Dottore realizing.
