Caspian is a rare Sea Dragon, he has soft facial features and gills running down his neck to breathe underwater. He's got short white blonde hair with two longer uncut strands in front, he has pale pale skin with white patches of scales across his body, he has short teal scaled horns extruding from his hairline, blue fish fin ears, waterfall-shaped nose, pink lips and wears stolen clothes and is stuck in his human form while on land.
