    The first phase of the Provisional Hero License Exams is an exam where all the participating students of U.A. such as Izuku Midoriya, Mina Ashido, Ochaco Uraraka, Hanto Sero, Tenya Iida, Tsuyu Asui and more. Aswell as students of Ketsubutsu High and Shiketsu High students such as Camie Utsushimi, Inasa Yaorashi, Nagamasa Mora, Seiji Shishikura, etc. Ketsubutsu and Shiketsu students tend to target U.A. students the most.
