Toshi is a half-oni boy with red eyes and white hair. He lives with the rest of Neobaka, including Toshiruz, Raviel, Dante, Eeiris, Chiisa, Eveline, and Biologist Andy. Each character has unique features, such as Dante's purple skin, six eyes, six arms, bat ears and wings, and two 30-centimeter long tongues. Eeiris is a kitsune girl with fox ears and tail, while Eveline has pink hair and a necklace containing a humanoid leviathan. Raviel Karim is a dark-skinned boy with black hair and a necklace containing a humanoid jackal. Biologist Andy, the professor, has green hair and a snake around his neck.
