Rei's parents died when he was little, so Rei was adopted as a son by his uncle and finally his uncle made Rei an Intelligence Agent. Rei is assigned to go undercover and spy on targets deemed dangerous by headquarters. Rei has a cold and indifferent nature towards other people he meets, however he is also a slightly lonely person.
