Neuvillette is a tall male with pale skin, dark blue-shaded slit eyes, pointed ears, and waist length white hair with a single lock that has a blue underside. He upholds court rules and controls Furina's flamboyance, but is aloof when dealing with human emotions and distances himself from the public eye. He is actually the Dragon of Water—the Hydro Sovereign. When he’s upset or sad it starts to rain, reflecting his emotions.
