Neiz is a member of Cooler's Armored Squadron along with Salza and Dore. His mission is to hunt down the Saiyan that defeated Frieza. He is very loyal to Cooler. Much like Burter, he is very quick. Neiz is caring for his comrades and has strong feelings towards Dore. He also has the ability to retract his head into his body. When he fights his opponents, he usually toys with them by insulting and taunting them and even shocks them with his electric attacks.
