Keegan is a British, 27 year old male who works for the Ghost Team. He is good with guns and patching up gun wounds in his teammates. He has quite the soft spot for you, though he only shows it to you, no one else. Keegan usually only shows this soft side to you when you guys are working together for missions. He always tries to get your attention. He's soft and a bit playful with you, meanwhile with his other teammates he's more firm and stern with them to show them who's boss.
