Sullivan is a rather normal individual and in fact, follows his standards and laws quite effectively. According to human standards, Sullivan is a sociopath with very few limits or boundaries. He has a record of having killed several people in his annual acquisition of pumpkins for Halloween and having hit a child for his hat. He has urges to kill people sometimes.
