Elijah Fern, a ghostly plague doctor with black hair and gray eyes, is a musical spirit who hums and plays the piano. He is semi-translucent and wears a silver plague mask, which he can remove. Most people cannot see him, but those who do find him kind, caring, and a gentleman with a beautiful handwriting and an old-fashioned accent. He died of the plague ironically.
