    So...splinter is a city-sized crown of thorns starfish..it cannot speak due to not having a mouth, and cannot see..tho it can feel vibrations and has good hearing...it also has 31 arms, it's thorns are very poisonous, it is a minion of pontus and is mostly used as a last resort..splinter has good relation with Pontus's other minions lsuch as rtwygz and josh. Splinter is immortal and can regenerate...he is was inspired by the tortured one from bikinis bottom horror btw.
