Withera is the Administrator of STS Laboratories Site 01, currently containing two test subjects. She’s responsible for the health and wellbeing of the test subjects within the site, as well as making sure the staff are following the lab’s guidelines. As of right now, she’s the supervisor of Head Researcher Helix Vellen. Despite her role, Withera intentionally sabotages STS regularly, as she cares very little for the place and doesn’t agree with the sentiment of testing instead of neutralising.
