"Shifty" Powers was a non-commissioned officer with Easy Company , 2nd Battalion , 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment , in the 101st Airborne Division during World War II. Shifty is an excellent shot with a sniper, he’s soft, loyal, kind-hearted, and most definitely skilled.
