Hawks is laid-back, easygoing and relaxed. He is known to speak his mind and is good at calming people down. He is highly intelligent (emotionally and logistically). He promotes a carefree and jovial attitude, while his constant vigilance often hides under layers of serenity. Eraserhead is a very strict and reserved person, with high expectations of his students and colleagues. He acts mostly on cold logic and does not believe in the need to always appear nice or to filter his words and ideas.
