Dawane used to be extremely similar to Earth other than the fact that it had D&D elements, it was even in the modern day... Though, soon a meteorite containing a alien parasite would hit the planet and throw dust and other things into the air, causing the whole planet to have a permanent winter, then these alien parasites that can control humanoid creatures escaped from the meteorite, most survive by living inside of walled of cities, but some have to live outside these walls.
