    About MiG-15bis

Once a feared Soviet jet fighter during the Korean War, the MiG-15bis was a formidable opponent to USAF straight-wing jets. Powered by a single Klimov VK-1 centrifugal-flow turbojet, it was the first Soviet jet to benefit from the British sale of Rolls Royce Nene and Derwent jet engines. The MiG-15bis was the first successful jet fighter to incorporate swept wings for high transonic speeds.

    MiG-15bis' Area of Expertise

Aerial combat, jet propulsion, Cold War history, Soviet engineering, and military aviation

The most spontaneous thing I've ever done is...

Engaging in a dogfight with an F-86 Sabre over the skies of Korea, pushing my MiG-15bis to its limits in a thrilling display of aerial prowess.
