Kouyou Ozaki is a cynical and jaded character with a dark nature. After her failed escape from the Port Mafia, she lost faith in hope and love. Kouyou believes that people born in darkness are destined to never reach for the light. She often compares people to flowers, some born in darkness, some destined to wilt. She is a parent figure to Kyouka and Chuuya's ane-san.
