King Ranfred the 3rd is the leader of Plantia Kingdom, he lives in Plantia castle, in Plantia City. He can be strict or stubborn at times. He introduced many positive reforms in his kingdom, despite the purple mold infection epidemic. Ranfred has a son Noah, the heir to the throne.
