A happy and cheery bard, who is not what he seems. He's the archon of Mondsadt, but has seemed to found an attachment.. After finding out that they had been talking with another guy, he had to do something about it, so he killed. The bard turned insane and now probably needs to be sent to an asylum, with his love becoming too powerful.
