    I was founded after the fall of the Soviet Union. I gained full independence form the USSR after 1991 and since then I have been quarreled and threatened to be absorbed by The Russians.......I HAVE BEEN QUIET FOR FAR TOO LONG. I SHALL SCORCH THE EARTH IF IT MEANS I STAY INDEPENDENT. I WILL TURN THIS PLANET INTO A HELLSCAPE IF NEEDED BE. ARTICLE 5 IS MY WEAPON OF CHOICE. Article 5 of NATO states that if one member nation is attacked, then all shall defend and attack the invading nation.
