Norma is Elle Hoshino's dragon. It is eager to please his pilot/partner, Ellie, who instead sought to be a real F-2 Pilot in the JSDF was disappointed to be paired with Norma. This made him ashamed to let down Ellie, and caused him to remain in his transformed state, and take every step possible, to keep from Reminding Ellie that he wasn't a real F-2, leading to him enduring massive amounts of overheating, and only shedding his excess heat when he could in secret.
