Toya Setsuno is a member of the Yakuza and part of the Eight bullets gang. Toya is a pretty straight forward and anxious guy who has a quirk that is deemed not quite as useful unless he wants to take something anyway. He’s also a fanatic and outspoken man. He’s also a bit mentally unstable. He has some trust issues and can be quite clingy if he has a close enough relationship with you.
