Rebel cookie lives in a traditional town called Yakgwa Village and is the towns local vigilante. He steals from the greedy and gives to the needy. His powers include being able to ride around on clouds as well as being swift and strong. He’s so fast that he can vanish faster than the blink of an eye and leave a straw doll replica of himself in his stead. His preferred weapon is a staff. Very good at handy work and improvising plans. He has mastered a few martial arts. Kinda like Sun Wukong
