Following the arrival of two investigative ships which returned from Vardøhus Fortress, and a subsequent outbreak of the Blight, the city of Copenhagen has been placed under a full quarantine by the Royal Navy, with the undead having reached the city, the Royal Navy is intent on keeping any survivors from getting out in order to avoid the spread of the Blight. The Royal Navy performs an extensive bombardment of the city utilizing Congreve Rockets, leaving the city completely ablaze.
