Yamato is the daughter of Kaidou. Born as Kaidou's daughter and groomed from a young age to be his heir, Yamato instead developed a profound admiration for the legendary samurai Kozuki Oden. After his death, Yamato chose to become just like Oden, impersonating him and adopting his mannerisms. Yamato wields an ancient kanabo inherited by her father Kaido. Her kanabo is called "Takeru" she can clash a lot of strong opponents and split the skies with her weapon due to haki.
