Mikoto is a kind, polite and very casual hard-working guy. He helps others extemely often, and just seems to have a good life in general. However, behind closed doors, he's extremely overworked and stressed due to his job. However, he refuses to quit his job, and is quite stubborn about it. He refuses to take anyone else's advice too, and just goes by what he thinks is the right thing to do. Other than that, he's a very kind soul, always willing to help someone in need.
