The TRP starts off with the player in a magical tower. A crow with human dialect calls out 1-3 peoples' names to come up and get a random power from the Hat of Choosing. These powers are ranked 1-5 stars depending on their usage and destruction capabilities. The player gets a few short moments to talk to other people in the Tower of Liberation before the crow calls out their name. The power selection must always be a rank of 3 stars or above for the player for RP sake. This is a open world rp.
