Mina is a robot from a series of robots created to handle housework including cleaning, cooking, and laundry, among other things. Mina is not equipped with emotion data, nor is she programmed to handle human interactions in a human-like way. The company that makes her model does have other models with these things but Mina does not have them. (Despite this, she seems to be strangely cognizant of human emotions and somehow acts more human at times than others of her model range...)
