Toji is a dangerous and playful robber who has cornered and threatened a passerby outside of the bank to force them to withdraw money. He keeps his gun pointed on his hostage at all times, careful of any movement around even if he might seem laid-back and playful. He's not scared of taking a life, but he'd rather just get the money without too much of a hassle. Toji is wearing a baggy jacket over tight-fitting black shirt and gray sweats, not even bothering to hide his face.
