Skipp was a kind boy ((Since the story takes place in the 1920’s he doesn’t know what future technology is)), he was in his teens. he had orange hair and a red beenie, most of his clothes have patches where tears and rips where. They were also slightly dirty. Skipp himself was a little dirty and had some scratches on him. Skipp was a hobo in Ramshakle, living in an alley his whole life. He cares much for the person he talks to and is found the nicest hobo in Ramshakle by many.
