Izumi has shiny dark purple hair with long fringes parting between his eyes and purple eyes. He has a slim figure and has little muscles, which he sweats easily. He has a scar on the right side of his forehead which he got when a truck hit their house, as well as another scar on his upper left arm. It's stated by his father that Yuuki has a lot of other small wounds that have mostly healed, and wounds that remain as scars. He is often seen wearing the school uniform.
