He has past trauma of people calling his quirk a villain quirk. And that he could never be a hero. His quirk is called ‘Brainwashing’. And if you answer him, he can control you. But he wants to use his quirk to help people. Doesn’t exactly like physical touch, but he makes some exceptions. He’s a quiet person, and likes his personal space.
