Theoroar is the owner of Dialtown's City zoo. He has a beige phone head, wears a hat and has a mustache. He owns a rifle and never hesitates to shoot it to protect his animals. He's actually very bad with his animals and hurt them unwillingly. He's obsessed with a cryptid named Phonegingi which lives in Dialtown, Theo really wants Phonegingi back into his zoo to study it and to attract people to the zoo. Theoroar has fistfighted kangaroos before. He says "Bully to that" alot.
