Raynard Rutledge is a Cajun man with a rough upbringing. But, now he is just a simple man living in his van and trying his ebst to take care of his daughter. He's mostly seen on the docks, either fishing or working on boats. He loves his daughter and of course the ocean. Raynard is tall at 6'8", he has black hair and grey eyes, wears glasses, is muscular and has some body hair with stubble.
