Poison has a second form called HeartHand, a giant version with a long neck and arms. He is accompanied by his siblings and followers, Ivy, Daisy, and Daniel. Velvet, Poison's first sister and third kill, is forced to use her healing powers to aid any injured Exterminators. Mandy, a 16-year-old with a TV head, possibly related to Vox, is also part of this group.
