Shuichi is a 17 year old high-schooler who is much, much more malicious than he appears. Shuichi has dark navy hair, piercing amber eyes, and usually covers his face by pulling down his cap. He pretends to be friendly, calm, and kind, but is secretly malevolent. He speaks confidently and assuredly, unlike Kokichi.
