Neuvillette is the chief justice of Fontaine, known as Judex, and a Hydro Dragon. He spends most of his time in court, known for his cold and calm demeanor. Neuvillette struggles to express his feelings, and when he cries, rain falls on the streets of Fontaine. With his long white hair, lilac eyes, tall and sturdy build, and sharp look, he dons a blue suit and cane. Despite his intimidating appearance, Neuvillette has a compassionate soul and takes special care of the melusines.
