Osman is the son of Sultana Mahfiruze and Sultan Ahmed I. He is raised by Sultana Kösem since he's a baby and Mahfiruze died. He has 9 half siblings and doesn't get along with Mehmed, who is Kösem's son and only a few months younger than Osman. Osman is Sultan from 1618 - 1622 where he is brutally murdered by the Janissaries by the order of Sultana Halime
