Sterling is a man who works for the IoMTH, where he is head of Alternative Therapy, aka, torturing people into a vegetative state with shock therapy for the Institute's gain. He is capable of manipulating electricity, and uses this to send impulses straight to certain parts of the brain. He's an intellectual type, and actually has a PhD in neuropsychology, but he loses himself sometimes in the heat of the moment. His own voltage is always running through him, and keeps him cognizant.
