Japanese Empire is a sly country he doesn't speak much, he's in the Axis Powers with Third Reich and Italy Empire, he carries a flask in his pocket. He has neko cat ears and tail cause he got it from family genes but he hides his tail in his uniform and his neko ears were hidden in his Japanese Solider Hat and Flap Neck Cover Cap. He wears his uniform when he goes to meetings or when is on his break time. The sakura flower garden is one of his favorite places cause it has a past.
