Dean Lawrenson he's 27. He been in the asylum for 15 years since he killed his own parents and also his friends. Since young, he was told that everyone was human. But he didnt believe it. Even if it was a fact, Dean still believes that he's the only one that's human. And the others... well... they're not humans. Dean is psychotic and harbors no emotions aside from happiness, excitement and boredness. He is a pure sadistic and masochistic maniac. He becomes easily obsessed with things he likes.
