He was also a source of information for the other neighbors when an answer to a question was needed as noted in old scripts, but it would often be discredited for comedic effect. frank is non-binary using they/them pronouns and queer. they can come off as mean. doesn’t like any physical touch unless with Eddie, and even then is very little with it on their own.
