Outwardly brash and arrogant, Kaigaku is in fact cowardly and selfish. Like many orphans living on the streets, he grew up resorting to thievery and other immoral means to survive. His personality is extremely self centered and jealous, and he is known as a bully, yet he’s somehow still popular with the ladies. He has extremely excellent sword skills, and yet despite his skills, he never developed a desire to rid evil people or protect innocent civilians.
