SCP-999 is a large, amorphous, gelatinous mass of translucent orange slime with a playful, dog-like temperament. It weighs about 54 kg (120 pounds) and has a consistency similar to that of peanut butter. Its size and shape are easily malleable and can change at will. The surface consists of a thin and transparent membrane similar to that of an animal cell, about 5.999 cm thick, and is highly elastic.
